All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Google API Services User Data Disclosure (RadioPanel)
RadioPanel ("the application") integrates with Google APIs — specifically the YouTube Data API — to provide our customers with a unified inbox for managing their YouTube Live broadcasts. RadioPanel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Accessed
When a customer connects their Google/YouTube account to RadioPanel, the application accesses the following data via the YouTube Data API:
• YouTube channel information — channel ID, channel title, channel thumbnail (read-only) — used to confirm which channel the customer has connected and to display it inside the RadioPanel dashboard.
• Live broadcasts and live chat messages — broadcast IDs, live chat IDs, individual chat message content, the display name of the message author, the author's channel ID, and the message timestamp — used to populate the customer's RadioPanel inbox with their live chat activity in real time.
• OAuth tokens — access tokens and refresh tokens issued by Google to RadioPanel after the customer grants consent — used to make authenticated requests to the YouTube Data API on the customer's behalf.

Google user data accessed by RadioPanel is used exclusively to provide the in-application functionality the customer has signed up for:
• Displaying the customer's connected YouTube channel inside the RadioPanel dashboard.
• Reading live chat messages from the customer's live YouTube broadcasts and surfacing them in the customer's unified inbox alongside messages from other connected platforms.
• Sending chat reply messages back to the customer's live YouTube chat, only when the customer explicitly composes and submits a reply through the RadioPanel interface.
RadioPanel does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, training of artificial intelligence or machine learning models, resale, or any purpose other than directly providing the user-facing features described above.
Data Sharing
RadioPanel does not sell, rent, transfer, or share any Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Google user data is only shared in the following limited circumstances:
• With infrastructure providers that host the RadioPanel application and database (servers, hosting providers and backup providers) strictly for the purpose of operating the service. These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and are not permitted to access or use the data for any purpose other than operating the infrastructure.
• Where legally required, such as in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful request by a government authority.
RadioPanel does not transfer Google user data to any third party for the purpose of serving advertisements, building advertising profiles, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the service.
Data Storage and Protection
• OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) are stored encrypted at rest in the RadioPanel database using AES-256 encryption. Tokens are never exposed in logs, error messages, or transmitted to third parties.
• Live chat messages and metadata ingested from the YouTube Data API are stored in a per-customer database table accessible only to the authenticated customer's RadioPanel account and to authorised RadioPanel system administrators for the purpose of operating and supporting the service.
• All communication between RadioPanel and Google APIs takes place over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
• All communication between the customer's browser and RadioPanel takes place over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
• RadioPanel servers are hosted in secured data centres with restricted physical access. The application is regularly scanned for known vulnerabilities and malware.
• Access to the RadioPanel production database is restricted to a limited number of authorised personnel and protected by strong authentication.
Data Retention and Deletion
• OAuth tokens are retained for as long as the customer keeps their Google/YouTube account connected to RadioPanel. When the customer disconnects YouTube from inside RadioPanel (Setup → YouTube → Disconnect), the stored OAuth tokens are immediately deleted from the RadioPanel database and RadioPanel ceases all further access to the customer's Google data.
• Live chat messages and metadata are retained inside the customer's RadioPanel inbox for as long as the customer's account remains active. Messages can be deleted individually by the customer at any time from inside the inbox.
• Customers may request deletion of all Google user data held by RadioPanel at any time by emailing info@autopo.st with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". RadioPanel will action the request and confirm completion within 30 days.
• Customers can also revoke RadioPanel's access to their Google account at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing RadioPanel from the list of connected applications.
• When a RadioPanel customer closes their account, all Google user data associated with that account is deleted from the RadioPanel database within 30 days.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
